Our community concussion warriors

This group of individuals are dedicated to learning from their injuries. Every concussion is different, which means that the type of advice or support you might need might also vary from person to person. Our team includes individuals who have suffered long lasting concussions and have had to try many different treatment methods. Feel free to get in touch with any number of these individuals by email. We recommend setting up an in person meeting, or talking over the phone. Even if you don't need advice, it can be amazing to speak with someone who understands your struggles. So please get in touch!
Abigail Mclellan
I have had a concussion for 3 years. My main symptoms are headaches, fatigue, and computer sensitivity. I have worked to overcome lightheadedness from exercise and noise sensitivity. I think pacing is a key aspect to concussion recovery, and would love to give advice and listen to your experience!
